QPash Daswani is a prominent figure in the St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands community, celebrated for his entrepreneurial achievements, philanthropy, and dedication to uplifting others. Born in Pune, India, Pash moved to the United States in 1982 to pursue his craft as a designer and tailor for high-end clients, ultimately finding his home in St. Thomas. In 1992, he launched Lucky Jewelers, a thriving Main Street establishment that expanded with the opening of Artistic Jewelers in 2003 and a relocation of Lucky Jewelers to the first block of Main Street. A self-taught professional in retail tourism, Pash is also a passionate wine enthusiast, holding Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the U.S. Sommelier Association.
Beyond his business success, Pash has spent decades enriching his community through leadership and charitable work. Inspired by his personal journey as a father to a son with cerebral palsy, he has championed numerous initiatives supporting children and families in need. He has been a driving force in the India Association of the Virgin Islands for nearly 30 years, serving in roles from director to president, where he has spearheaded critical fundraising efforts for causes like the Kimmelman Cancer Center and local scholarship programs. Additionally, Pash serves on the boards of WICO and the Chamber of Commerce and supports organizations such as the VI Cancer Center, My Brothers Workshop, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. His unwavering dedication to his community continues to leave a lasting impact on St. Thomas and beyond.
